Baby Care Fever
baby care fever
is it ok if my 19 mo old baby falls asleep with a 100.5 fever?
I took him to urgent care yesterday because the babysitter called me at work since his fever spiked up to 102.8. They did a chest x ray and checked his urine and everything. They could not find a thing. I have been alternating tylenol and motrin like i know to do from previous illnesses before. I am just concerned at him sleeping when i know he is really hot.
Yes he can sleep with a fever- that is what any human with a fever does to recover- just keep watch over him and take his temp often- if it starts going up again cal the dr, if it will not go down and go away go back to the dr/er
