Feeding baby wild rabbit?

I need some advice. I found a baby wild rabbit - its eyes are still mostly closed it is alive and breathing. I'm keeping it no matter what anyone says! I have experience with rabbits ( I have 2 domestic) but never babies this little (size of hamster ish) They will not be in contact with the baby!
Its approx. 10 days or less old. It was alone in a hole in my backyard. What should I feed it? I'm using soy milk , is that ok?
I've read things on the internet but just wanted to know if someone is experienced with taking care of wild baby bunnies?
! Also is there any chance she has disease or rabies? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated
Also how do you feed them? I have a seringe, but i am scared it is too big!
What do or did you use?

Use the syringe, just be sure that the baby does not aspirate (get milk into it's lungs) If you think it is too big, there are syringes out there that hold only 1 cc of fluid. At 10 days old, they are likely to require 8 to 10 cc's per feeding, every 3 to 4 hours in a 12 hour cycle. Rabbits in the wild feed only once a day, but the milk is rich and right for the babies, we have to give what we can, much more often to have the same nutrition. (KMR is still the best, or canned milk with corn syrup works too) Just plunge slowly on the syringe, and make sure the baby is sucking back the milk. If the baby aspirates, turn upside down until all milk has drained from their lungs. They will drown if not able to get the milk out. They will also require stimulation, you must help them pass urine and feces or toxins build up in their system and they die. A mother rabbit would lick her babies until this is done. A rehabber would use a warm, wet cloth to preform the same function. Good luck, but I must warn you that many wild rabbits die of stress in captivity.
