do you make your own baby food or know anyone who does?
ive never heard of ppl making their own babyfood until i was pregnant and started reading tons of baby books. i made my sons first veggie yesterday, squash 
even though ive yet to feed it to him (i want to wait a couple days since he got his 4 month shots monday) how many of you make your own baby food or know of anyone who does it.
I made all meals for my two children when I was weaning them.
I steamed loads of different vegetables, pureed them and then filled ice cube trays with them. They were the perfect size! As the weaning progressed, I added different meats and blended them. Then when their teeth came through, I made the food lumpier. No E numbers, preservatives, additives or salt for my two!
I also bought lots of very small tupperware-type containers to put the food into. They were ideal for transporting it in when out and about, and could be used in the microwave.
Oh, and I bought a small blender from Mothercare to puree the food in, tried using my regular blender but it was too big for small amounts and I 'lost' food in it lol.
